Abstract

The invention provides an automatic turning hydraulic clamp for a crankshaft connecting rod journal. The ends of two main shafts of a turning lathe are respectively provided with a clamp, a right clamp body is provided with an axial positioning screw. The automatic turning hydraulic clamp provided by the invention is characterized in that the inner cavity of a left clamp body is radially provided with a hydraulic oil cylinder and a hinge force-amplifying mechanism, wherein the hydraulic oil cylinder has two types of structures, a double-eared oil cylinder body or a double-eared sleeve integrated with a piston rod is connected with the hinge force-amplifying mechanism, so that the applied force can be changed into the rotation of a transmission shaft through a connecting plate and an oscillating bar which are connected with the double-eared oil cylinder body or the double-eared sleeve; when an included angle alpha between the connecting plate and the moving axis of the structure I or the structure II is approximate to 90 degrees, the pushing force of the hydraulic oil cylinder can be changed into an increased torque to be transferred to the transmission shaft and a pressing claw, and further the clamping of a workpiece can be realized; the turning lathe is equipped with three hydraulic oil paths, one path is connected to an axial positioning oil cylinder, the other two paths are connected to the double-eared oil cylinder body so as to realize the clamping and releasing actions of the pressing claw, and the conversion of the oil paths is controlled by a machine tool numerical control system. The automatic turning hydraulic clamp provided by the invention can not only satisfy the requirement for the positioning and clamping functions of the automatic clamps, but also consider the overall dynamically-balanced structure and shape of the clamp body.
