The preparation and detection method is applied to a process for preparing a heat shock apoptosis intracranial glioma supported dendritic cell tumor vaccine. The process for preparing the heat shock apoptosis intracranial glioma supported dendritic cell tumor vaccine comprises the following steps of: allowing tumor cells to be in a heat shock state, and introducing the cells to perform overexpression of heat shock protein (HSP); introducing cell apoptosis by using a chemical medicine so as to prepare apoptosis cell antigen which is rich in HSP; and performing mixed culture on the prepared antigen and immature dendritic cells (DC) to obtain mature DC vaccine. The DC vaccine which is prepared by a heat shock method through supporting is high in maturity and can be used for introducing immune response.
