The shear wall includes an integral prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall and a split prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall. The integral prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall comprises a concrete-filled steel tube frame and an integral shear wall slab. The split prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall comprises a combined wall slab, a single wall slab and a concrete-filled steel tube frame. Both the integral prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall and the split prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall are prefabricated in a factory. In construction, the wall slabs are hoisted in position one by one, the prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall slabs are connected, and construction of a single-layer structure is complete step by step.
