Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic catalyst feeder and an automatic catalyst feeding method, can be used for solving the problems in the conventional feeding technology that catalysts can not be delivered continuously, and only can normal-temperature catalysts be delivered to a target container. The automatic catalyst feeder is provided with a stock bin (1), a feeding pipe (2), a laying-off pipe (3), a discharging pipe (13) and a pressure-equalizing pipe (4), wherein a feeding valve and a third corrugated pipe are arranged on the feeding pipe, a laying-off valve is arranged on the laying-off pipe, a delivery valve, a first corrugated pipe and a second corrugated pipe are arranged on the discharging pipe, and a pressure-equalizing valve is arranged on the pressure-equalizing pipe; the laying-off valve serves as a regulating valve; the storage bin is supported on electronic weighing sensors arranged outside the storage bin by virtue of supports, and insulation boards are arranged at the bottoms of the supports; and insulation layers are arranged on the outer parts of the pipes, the vales and the storage bin. The invention also discloses the automatic catalyst feeding method with adoption of the feeder.
