Abstract

The invention discloses odor removing environmentally-friendly wood lacquer and a preparation method thereof. The wood lacquer comprises a main agent and a curing agent, wherein the main agent comprises 1) 55 to 75 parts of alkyd resin, 2) 1.5 to 9.5 parts of extinction powder, 3) 3 to 12 parts of polymethyl acrylate, 4) 3 to 18 parts of castor oil resin, 5) 5 to 15 parts of butyl acetate and ethyl acetate, and 6) 0.3 to 1.5 parts of aid; the curing agent comprises 1) 10 to 25 parts of butyl acetate, 2) 15 to 25 parts of ethyl acetate, 3) 10 to 20 parts of isocyanate trimer curing agent, and 4) 20 to 40 parts of isocyanate adduct curing agent; and the mass ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is 1:(0.3-0.8). The wood lacquer keeps protection and decoration functions, and can be used for radically eradicating harmful substances such as benzene, mixed benzene and free toluene diisocynate (TDI); and a lacquer film is dried more thoroughly, residue of volatile substances in the lacquer film is reduced, and least odor can be achieved in shortest time.
