The passive luminous guideboard is high in working stability and can provide clear road information for pedestrians at nights; the solar light intensity is strengthened through a convex lens arranged above a solar panel by utilizing the light condensing function, so that the power generation amount of the solar cell is increased in the unit area; and noise generated by passby vehicles on the road or a peripheral noise source is utilized to generate power, so that harmful noise can be transformed into electric energy which can be stored in the storage battery through the noise generator arranged at the bottom of the signpost for the LED to use, thereby achieving the energy-saving effect.
