Abstract

The invention discloses a regional water pollution comprehensive evaluation and optimization method based on an entropy weight fuzzy matter element method. A quantification method is adopted for constructing a comprehensive evaluation model of a regional water pollution emission source, and a linear programming model with optimal regional water environment comprehensive effects is established according to the comprehensive evaluation result. The method comprises the steps of establishing a fuzzy matter element model, performing weight calculation through an entropy weight method, determining a regional major emission source and establishing a regional emission source optimization model. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a matter element theory is used as an evaluation tool for the water pollution emission source, and good evaluation of the water pollution emission source is further realized. The objectivity in comprehensive evaluation of the water pollution emission source is realized: system optimization is performed on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensiveness of a system is considered to the greatest extent, and the optimization result is more in line with the practical application situation.
