The process comprises the following steps of: firstly, conveying the MBS resin emulsion prepared through an emulsion polymerization method into a granulating tower to be subjected to predrying and granulation; secondly, washing with a sulfuric acid solution with the PH being equal to 2-4, dehydrating acid water, and then, spraying and washing by using soft water, and afterwards, dehydrating to obtain MBS resin powder with the water ratio of 15-25%; and finally, drying in a continuous fluidized bed to obtain an MBS resin with the water ratio being less than 1%. By adopting the process provided by the invention to treat the MBS resin emulsion, not only is the process energy-saving and environment-friendly, but also the obtained MBS resin has the advantages of being good in appearance, excluding impurities, and the like, so that the prepared MBS resin can be applied to a high-end PVC (polyvinyl chloride) transparent product.
