Abstract

The invention discloses a soft starting circuit and an anti-impact control method for a main loop. The soft starting circuit comprises an alternating current power supply, an alternating current contactor, a rectification circuit and a load. The alternating current contactor comprises fixed contact terminals, main contact terminals separated from or contacting the fixed contacts, normally closed contact terminal contact ends and a normally closed contact terminal contacting or separated from the normally closed contact terminal contact ends, wherein each pair of fixed contact terminals is connected with the alternating current power supply and the rectification circuit respectively. The rectification circuit converts alternating current into direct current. Each pair of normally closed contact terminal contact ends is connected with the alternating current power supply and the rectification circuit respectively. In the normal state of the alternating current contactor, the alternating current power supply contacts the normally closed contact terminal contact ends through the load and the normally closed contact terminal to input current to the rectification circuit. In the turn-on state of the alternating current contactor, the normally closed contact terminal is separated from the normally closed contact terminal contact ends, the load is short-circuited by the main contact terminals, and the alternating current power supply contacts the fixed contact terminals through the main contact terminals to input the current to the rectification circuit. The impact of high transient current during the starting of the main loop can be avoided, and the inner contact terminals of the alternating current contactor and devices of the main loop can be protected.
