Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a system for establishing concatenation between multipoint controllers, so as to solve the problem of a complex operation resulting from that it is required to hold conferences separately for concatenation, and implement automatic holding and concatenation of the conferences. The method of the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a management platform allocating a first multipoint controller to a first conference according to conference information of the first conference carried by a call of any site, the conference information of the first conference comprising a conference access number of the first conference and a site number comprised by the first conference, and the site number comprised by the first conference comprising a conference access number of a second conference; and the management platform allocating a second multipoint controller to the second conference according to conference information of the second conference carried by a call of the first multipoint controller, and establishing a concatenation channel between the multipoint controller and the second multipoint controller.
