Embodiment Construction

[0018] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, further illustrate positive technical effect of the present invention with example.

[0019] Take the tin-iron symbiotic refractory tailings of a large-scale concentrator in Gejiu, Yunnan, which the applicant is currently dealing with as an example. The concentrator has been dealing with the local oxide ore-type tin-iron paragenetic ore. The characteristics of this mine are as mentioned above. The tin-iron is densely symbiotic. A considerable part of the cassiterite is embedded in the iron minerals with extremely fine particle size, forming a package Combined body, the mineral structure is more complex. Iron minerals are mainly iron oxides such as hematite, limonite, and siderite. Almost all kinds of iron minerals are entangled with cassiterite. The difficulty of beneficiation and separation is even more difficult than "knocking iron walnuts". Even after the continuous technical innovation of the concentrator and the impr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for effectively separating and recovering tin and iron in refractory paragenetic tailings. The method comprises the following steps that: the refractory paragenetic tailing is grinded to the extent that more than 68% of the refractory paragenetic tailings is 200 mesh; a part of rich middlings which contains more than 3% of tin is separated out by a table; the table tailings is separated to obtain iron ore concentrate which contains 50-53% of iron at the magnetic field intensity of 6000-9000Oe by a magnetic separator; and the magnetic separation tailings is further separated to obtain tin rich middlings by the table. Ore grinding is divided into two stages of open circuit ore grinding and closed circuit ore grinding. Classification is performed in advance by a spiral classifier before grinding in the open circuit ore grinding. The product of second-stage grinding is divided into depositing sand and overflowing current by twice classification by a swirler. The depositing sand and the overflowing current are respectively sorted by the first-stage table and a slime table to obtain tin rich middlings. Concentration and scavenging are performed once respectively by magnetic separation to ensure the grade and the recovery rate of the iron ore concentrate. The method is applicable to processing low grade ore and refractory paragenetic tailings of tinstone-ferric oxide ore type, tinstone- ferric oxide- limonite ore type and tinstone-ferric oxide-siderite ore type. The metal recovery rate is high, the emission is less, the resource utilization level is high and the economic benefit is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for effectively separating and recovering tin and iron from refractory symbiotic tailings, belonging to the technical field of mineral processing. Background technique [0002] In the Gejiu tin mining area in Yunnan, which is known as the tin capital of the world, there are a large number of tin-iron symbiotic mineral resources. The characteristic of this resource is the symbiosis of tin and iron. The inlaid cloth has a fine particle size, and it is wrapped and interspersed with iron minerals. A considerable part of cassiterite has extremely fine particle size, even if the ore is ground to a particle size of several hundred meshes, it cannot be dissociated from iron minerals. With the progress of ore dressing, most of the good cassiterite has been recovered, and the remaining parts that are difficult to get and choose are discharged into the tailings, discarded in the mountain depressions, and put into the tailings po...
