Abstract

The invention provides a while-drilling pressure torque gauging nipple. A conical internal thread is machined at the upper part of the nipple; a conical external thread is machined at the lower part of the nipple; the external middle part of the nipple is machined into four annular grooves which are small inside and big outside; a circular hole is formed in one part of the nipple from the lower end to the middle part; an internal protective sleeve is mounted in the hole; a flow guide sleeve assembly is mounted in the middle of the interior of the nipple toward the upper part; a secondary conversion circuit is mounted in the flow guide sleeve assembly; the flow guide sleeve assembly is fixedly connected with the gauging nipple through a flow guide sleeve fixing bolt; sealing in four layers are arranged outside a gauging sensitive area; and hard alloy sheets are mounted at upper and lower edges of the gauging sensitive area along a circumference. Through the adoption of a rubber vulcanizing and glass fiber reinforced plastic filling technology, a sensing part of the gauging nipple is sealed in a plurality of layers; and as the internal protective sleeve is mounted inside the gauging nipple, and the hard alloy sheets are embedded outside the gauging nipple, long-time stability of the performance of the nipple is guaranteed.
