Example Embodiment

[0017] Example 1:

[0018] Sieving industrial calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, light calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate through a 120-mesh sieve for compounding, stirring and mixing evenly, using a hammer The finished product is pulverized to 120-200 meshes by the pulverizer, which is conventionally separated by cyclone separator and packaged.

[0019] The weight percentage of the above raw materials is:

[0020] Industrial calcium stearate: 20

[0021] Industrial magnesium stearate: 5

[0022] Light calcium carbonate: 73

[0023] Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: 1

[0024] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate: 1

[0025] The prepared foam stabilizing dispersant is blended in an amount of 5% of the total weight of the cement, and is stirred and mixed evenly for use to prepare a plate with a length of 60 cm, a width of 60 cm and a thickness of 5.0 cm.

Example Embodiment

[0026] Example 2:

[0027] Sieving industrial calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, light calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate through a 120-mesh sieve for compounding, stirring and mixing evenly, using a hammer The finished product is pulverized to 120-200 meshes by the pulverizer, which is conventionally separated by cyclone separator and packaged.

[0028] The weight percentage of the above raw materials is:

[0029] Industrial calcium stearate: 45

[0030] Industrial magnesium stearate: 6

[0031] Light calcium carbonate: 45

[0032] Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: 2

[0033] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate: 2

[0034] The prepared foam stabilizing dispersant is blended in an amount of 3% of the total weight of the cement, mixed and used evenly, to prepare a plate with a length of 60 cm, a width of 60 cm and a thickness of 5 cm.

Example Embodiment

[0035] Example 3:

[0036] Sieving industrial calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, light calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate through a 120-mesh sieve for compounding, stirring and mixing evenly, using a hammer The finished product is pulverized to 120-200 meshes by the pulverizer, which is conventionally separated by cyclone separator and packaged.

[0037] The weight percentage of the above raw materials is:

[0038] Industrial calcium stearate: 70

[0039] Industrial magnesium stearate: 10

[0040] Light calcium carbonate: 15

[0041] Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: 3

[0042] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate: 2

[0043] The prepared foam stabilizing dispersant is mixed in an amount of 1% of the total weight of the cement, mixed and used evenly to obtain a plate with a length of 60 cm, a width of 60 cm and a thickness of 5 cm.

Abstract

The invention discloses foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent for a foamed cement insulation board. The dispersion agent comprises one or more compounds of industrial calcium stearate, zinc stearate, aluminum stearate and magnesium stearate, and one or more compounds of light calcium carbonate, and water-soluble macromolecule compounds such as gelatin, Arabic gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, triethanolamine, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; and counted by weight, the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent comprises 20-80% of industrial calcium stearate, 70-19% of light calcium carbonate and 1-10% of water-soluble macromolecule compounds. According to the invention, the foamed cement insulation board production is integrated organically by auxiliary such as a waterproof agent, a suspending agent, a foam stabilizing agent and a foam reinforcement agent; when the foamed cement insulation board is produced by a product, technology is simple; and quality is stable; and the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent can effectively solves disadvantages of collapsed modes, uneven air bubbles (diameters phi less than or equal to 10mm) and uneven distribution because of uneven stirred material when the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent is used in a separated manner or an independent manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a foam stabilizing and dispersing agent for the production of foamed cement insulation boards, which is a production auxiliary. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of the country's requirements for building energy conservation, fire-resistant and flame-retardant insulation materials for interior and exterior walls continue to emerge, but the quality and performance vary widely, mainly due to poor fire-proof and flame-retardant performance. Fires in high-rise buildings have caused heavy losses, and the flammable insulation materials for exterior wall decoration are the main reason. Gongtongzi [2009] No. 46 "Interim Provisions on Fire Protection of Civil Building External Thermal Insulation System and Exterior Wall Decoration" and Gongtongzi [2011] No. 65 "Notice on Further Clarifying Relevant Requirements for Fire Supervision and Management of Civil Buil...
