The invention has the following advantages: for the stellerite prepared through modification and activation, the internal surface is large in area, high in adsorptive capacity and high in water-absorbing capacity, and the water absorptivity is up to 73.47%; the volatilization of harmful volatile components in the paint can be effectively reduced; the air can be kept fresh and dry without any toxic or side effect; meanwhile, zinc chloride is added, so that the paint has a sterilization effect; the preparation process is simple and low in cost; and a new way is developed for the utilization of stellerite mineral resources.
