Abstract

The invention discloses equipment and a method for paving roadway. The equipment consists of a power module, a steel wire rope guide device, a coupling device, a flower-shaped wheel guide mechanism, a standard paving template, a guide steel wire rope and a winch, wherein the power part is mainly provided by a trackless rubber tire vehicle; and the flower-shaped wheel guide mechanism consists of a flower-shaped wheel, a fixed base seat, a fixed mandrel and a thrust bearing. The equipment for fast paving the roadway is matched with foldable paving templates for fast paving the roadway. In the paving process of the foldable paving templates, the steel wire rope guide device drags the guide steel wire rope to a preset paving route, the standard paving template slides along the direction of the guide steel wire rope under the dragging of the trackless rubber tire vehicle so as to pave according to the preset route. The flower-shaped wheel guide mechanism plays roles of limiting and auxiliary guide for the pavement of the foldable paving templates, so that the effect of fast and accurately paving is achieved. The equipment is simple in structure, and the paving process is mechanized, precise, fast, time-saving and labor-saving.
