Abstract

The invention discloses a self-balancing sleeve compensator which comprises a movable inner tube, a left shaft seal, a shell, an inner shaft seal, valve control tubes, a fixed inner tube, a hollow tube and a ribbed plate. The inner shaft seal disposed in the shell is borne by the valve control tubes which are evenly distributed in a radial positioning manner, two ends of each valve control tube penetrate through the inner shaft seal and the tube wall of the shell respectively and are in seal connection, and the valve control tubes with exposed ends form an online compensating filling passage for the inner shaft seal. The movable inner tube and the fixed inner tube are both two coaxial straight tubes, by-pass holes are evenly distributed on the wall of one tube, and the other tube is a blind tube. The fixed inner tube is in seal connection with the inner shaft seal through one end of the blind tube, and the other end of the blind tube is in seal connection with the right end of the shell. The movable inner tube is inserted into an inner cavity from the left side of the shell to be directly sleeved with the blind tube end of the fixed inner tube through one end of the blind tube to form a balancing cavity sealed by the inner shaft seal, and the hollow tube is communicated with the balancing cavity. The balancing tube is used to automatically absorb thrust of a pipeline blind plate, the requirement for mounting condition is low, the structure of a pipeline support is simplified, and matching cost is evidently reduced for a user.
