The main technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the furnace comprises the steam furnace, the organic heat carrier counter flow heat exchanger and the hot air heat exchanger, wherein the steam furnace comprises a hearth; a helix feeder is connected below the hearth; the upper end with an air chamber is connected with the hearth; the lower end of the air chamber is connected with a combustion-supporting air pre-heater; a separator is arranged at the outlet of the furnace chamber; a material returning device is arranged at the outlet below the separator; the organic heat carrier heat exchanger is arranged at one side of the separator; the hot air heat exchanger is arranged at one side of the organic heat carrier heat exchanger; the combustion-supporting air pre-heater is connected below the hot air heat exchanger; and a fume dedustor is arranged at the outlet below a hot air furnace.
