A wireless energy and signal synergy transmission system based on magnetic resonance comprises a drive module, a transmitting module, a receiving module and a load module, wherein the drive module comprises a power supply, a frequency generator, a micro controller unit (MCU), a modulator, a power amplifier, a demodulator and a drive antenna. The transmitting module comprises a transmitting coil and a tuning capacitor. The receiving module comprises a receiving coil and a tuning capacitor. The load module comprises a load antenna, a rectifier, a demodulator, a modulator, an MCU and an application circuit. The drive module can synergically transmit energy and signals to a free space, and the energy and signals are wirelessly transmitted through the transmitting module and the receiving module and are then received by the load module. The load module can also feed the signals back through a wireless transmission mode, and the signals are wirelessly transmitted through the transmitting module and the receiving module and are then received by the drive module.
