The invention relates to a self-generating railway street lamp utilizing a flywheel and a suction effect to generate power. The street lamp is characterized in that a swing device with suction force as the power and a flywheel generating device are additionally arranged on a street lamp along a railway; when a high-speed train passes, the airflow between the train and the swing device is accelerated and the pressure is reduced, thus the suction force is generated for a suction plate and the swing device is forced to swing toward the train; the power generated by swing enables the flywheel generating device to store energy and simultaneously generate power; and the generated power is used by the street lamp in front of the train to emit light and illuminate. The street lamp has the beneficial effects that the street lamp utilizes the suction force generated when the high-speed train runs to generate power so as to provide stable and environment-friendly power for illumination of the street lamp; the defect that the power of the existing wind and solar street lamps is unstable is avoided; power resources of the public grids are also saved; and the flywheel is utilized to store the power generation energy and replaces storage batteries to store power, thus avoiding environmental pollution of chemical batteries and also avoiding the defects that the chemical batteries have short lives and need frequent maintenance.
