Abstract

The invention provides an energy-saving environmental-friendly zirconium treatment process before coating. The process sequentially comprise the steps of pre-degreasing, mainly degreasing, washing for the first time, washing for the second time, performing zirconium treatment, washing for the third time, drying and coating. The treatment process does not need heating and surface adjustment and solves the problems of high energy consumption and high environmental pollution caused by medium-temperature phosphorization. Compared with the traditional phosphorization treatment process before coating, the process provided by the invention has the advantages that the new line building cost is reduced; the pretreatment comprehensive energy consumption is greatly reduced; and the problem about sediment generated by the phosphorization technology and the problem about emission of serious environmental pollution products such as phosphorus, nitrous compounds and heavy metal nickel are solved, so that the emission amount of the pollutants is greatly reduced.
