The method includes a first step of selecting appropriate standard deviation according to statistical fluctuation of energy spectrum, filtering speed and the accuracy requirement after filtering to construct a normal function with a zero mean value, a second step of selecting an appropriate translation distance according to the statistical fluctuation of the energy spectrum, the filtering speed and the accuracy requirement after filtering, a third step of converting the obtained translation distance to a mean value to construct a series of normal functions, and a final step of carrying out approximative linear expression through the series of normal functions to the energy spectrum to be subjected to filtering processing, if the energy spectrum after the linear expression meets the requirement, completing filtering, and if not, carrying out approximative linear expression through the series of normal functions to the obtained approximative energy spectrum, so repeatedly, until meeting the requirement of filtering. When the standard deviation and the translation distance are small, the peak shape distortion is small after filtering every time and is suitable for filtering to weak peaks.
