Abstract

The invention provides an online measurement method of a hub parameter and relates to a hub. The method includes (1) collecting localimages which comprise mounting holes of different hub bolts and part center holes and recoding an angle of the rotation of the hub around a certain fixed rotation center before each local image is collected; (2) drawing a center hole outline and a bolt installation hole outline of each local image and calculating a center of the center hole in each image; (3) fitting a rotation center through the center hole which is drawn in step (2); (4) rotating the center hole outline which is drawn in step (2) and the bolt installation hole outline which is drawn in step (2) reversely according to the angle which is recorded in step (1) and splicing a hub skeleton map which comprises the whole center holes and all the bolt installation holes; (5) calculating the diameter of each hub center hole, the pitch diameter of each bolt installation hole, the maximum location degree and the diameter of each bolt installation hole, the eccentric distance between the center of the hub center hole and the pitch center of the bolt installation hole and the eccentric direction angle from the hub skeleton map.
