The polycarbonate nanocomposite material is composed of components as below (shown in wt. %) : polycarbonate 35-45 %, tetraethyl orthosilicate 23%, Na2SiO3 0.1%, nano ZnO 8%-11%, silane coupling agent KH-550 3%-13%, active magnesium oxide 0.2%-0.3%, and poly carbonate (PC) 23%-26%. A sol-gel method is adopted by the manufacturing of the polycarbonate nanocomposite material, nanocomposite materials with all kinds of components of SiO2 / PC are prepared, and distribution situation of nano particles in a basal body and heat stability of the nano particles and condenser capability and optical performance of the nano particles are analyzed in a characteristic mode. The nanocomposite material is good in anti-impaction performance, and good in mechanical, thermal and electric comprehensive performances.
