Abstract

The invention relates to a 198-DEG C lead-free low-temperature alloy for a fuse burned-out core and a preparation method thereof. The 185-DEG C lead-free low-temperature alloy comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.4%-0.6% of Cu, 1.8%-2.2% of Ag, 7.5%-8.5% of In, 0.6%-0.8% of Bi and the balance being Sn. The preparation method of the 198-DEG C lead-free low-temperature alloy comprises the following preparation steps of: heating metal tin; adding metal copper at 280-320 DEG C when tin is molten; adding metal silver after the metal copper is molten down; adding bismuth and indium after the metal sliver is molten down; conventionally adding a degassing agent for degassing after bismuth and indium are molten down; and removing the slag and casting. The lead-free low-temperature alloy containing Sn, Cu, In Ag and Bi disclosed by the invention has a melting point being 198 DEG C + / -3 DEG C. The low-temperature alloy is eutectic alloy which has the characteristics of good composition uniformity, narrow melting point range, low cost and the like and is a lead-free environment-friendly material. Moreover, the 198-DEG C lead-free low-temperature alloy has good social benefits and economic benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of alloys, and relates to a lead-free low-temperature alloy, in particular to a lead-free low-temperature alloy with a 198°C fuse fusing core and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Fusible core is the heart of the thermal fuse and the technical core of the thermal fuse production process. The traditional thermal fuse is mostly tin-lead alloy. There is a lot of pollution. [0003] Low-temperature alloys can be used for the protection of electronic circuits in the electronics industry, and are mostly used to make fuse cores for thermal fuses. At present, the manufacturers of low-temperature alloys leading the world's advanced technology are Alpha in the United States and Senju in Japan. [0004] According to the search, the following patent documents related to this application were found, wherein CN102296208A discloses a lead-free low-temperature alloy for making a fuse core of a thermal fuse...
