Abstract

The evaporator device (1) has an evaporator chamber (4) with a housing (3), a feeding unit (20) for supplying a gaseous medium in the evaporation chamber and an injection unit (8) for injecting a liquid hydrogen peroxide solution in the evaporator chamber. A heating unit (12) is provided for evaporating the liquid hydrogen peroxide solution within the evaporator chamber. A discharge unit discharges a sterilization mixture together from the gaseous medium and the liquid hydrogen peroxide solution. A drainage line (41) opens into a discharge line (34) for discharging the sterilization mixture. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a beverage filling plant or beverage container manufacturing plant with a blow molding machine; (2) a method for operating an evaporator device; and (3) a sterilization mixture-removing unit for removing sterilization mixture from a hydrogen peroxide-containing aerosol.
