The invention discloses a cabling rack which comprises a limit portion, a sliding portion and a containing portion. The limit portion comprises a body and a limit structure. The limit structure extends towards the sliding portion from the inner wall of the body and comprises a first limit rod and a second limit rod opposite to the first limit rod. The sliding portion is connected with the limit portion in a sliding mode and comprises an operation body and a sliding structure. The sliding structure extends towards the limit portion from the lower portion of the operation body and corresponds to the limit structure. The sliding structure comprises a first sliding structure and a second sliding structure opposite to the first sliding structure, the first limit rod can slide relative to the first sliding structure, and the second limit rod can slide relative to the second sliding structure. The containing portion is an enclosed cabling space and used for containing cables. The invention further provides a communication device. According to the cabling rack and the communication device, the containing portion which is the enclosed cabling space is utilized, and therefore the cables are prevented from falling off from the cabling rack.
