The gentianopsis paludosa Ma. seed treatment method comprises the following steps of: weighing 1,000g of gentianopsis paludosa Ma. seeds; uniformly mixing a 50ppm-500ppm auxin solution with the gentianopsis paludosa Ma. seeds, and processing the mixture at 5-25 DEG C for 90 days, wherein the auxin solution accounts for 20% of the seeds; and uniformly mixing 50ppm-250ppm gibberellins with the gentianopsis paludosa Ma. seeds, germinating 1,000 seeds selected from the processed seeds, processing the 1,000 seeds for 2 weeks, and performing statistics on germination rates, wherein the gibberellins account for 25% of the seeds. After two plant growth hormones, namely auxin and the gibberellins, are respectively adopted for processing in the technology, the germination rate of the gentianopsis paludosa Ma. seeds can be obviously improved up to over 90%.
