The method comprises the steps of determining conditions for controlling cholesteric liquid crystal screw pitches to form target red wavelengths, target green wavelengths and target blue wavelengths; coating a conducting layer on a first layer flexible substrate, enabling at least one pixel jointly composed of reflection red liquid crystal, reflection green liquid crystal and reflection blue liquid crystal to be formed on a second layer, and enabling part of the reflection red liquid crystal, the reflection green liquid crystal and the reflection blue liquid crystal to be designated parts, to be separated from each other and not to interfere with each other. The cholesteric liquid crystal with target blue wavelength screw pitches reflects blue, the cholesteric liquid crystal with target green wavelength screw pitches reflects green, and the cholesteric liquid crystal with target red wavelength screw pitches reflects red. Liquid crystal molecules are fixed in a designated area of the flexible substrate in a spray coating mode.
