An upper surface (51) of the first angled member (5) and a lower surface (61) of the second angled member (6) are aligned with and fixed to each other so as to connect the upper end portion (31) and the lower end portion (41) in substantially the same plane. A covering portion (43) covering the upper end portion (31) from the outside of a nacelle is provided at a predetermined interval from the same.
