Embodiment 1

[0026] Insert the reservoir (V 1 ) in the 200L waste liquid, use an acid-proof pump to send to the sedimentation tank, in the sedimentation tank, add an appropriate amount of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate to reduce hexavalent chromium, when the color of the solution changes from brownish yellow to colorless to light green, take a small amount of waste Add a drop of ferrous iron indicator to the liquid and mix well. If the solution turns reddish brown, it proves that the hexavalent chromium has been converted into trivalent chromium. If there is no obvious change in color, it means that the hexavalent chromium has not been completely converted. Add 180g sodium chloride to solution this moment, after stirring, leave standstill 13 hours, open valve, make supernatant liquid flow into liquid storage tank (V 2 ), which are transported to the glass-lined reactor by an acid-resistant pump. In the glass-lined reaction kettle, add 50Kg of industrial grade solid sodium hydroxide to neutr...

Abstract

The invention provides an industrial treatment process for CODCr waste liquid. The process comprises the following concrete process flows: 1, adding a reducing agent to reduce hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium; 2, adding a precipitating agent and carrying out stirring to allow silver ions to deposit so as to form silver chloride; 3, adding industrial-grade solid sodium hydroxide with stirring to neutralize acid, controlling reaction temperature to be lower than 80 DEG C and adding a sodium hydroxide solution drop by drop until a pH value is 8 to 9 when a reaction endpoint is approached; 4, adding a filter aid which is 300-mesh diatomite or powdery active carbon; 5, transferring clear liquid obtained in filtration to a crystallization pool for natural cooling and crystallization of sodium sulfate; and 6, adsorbing the clear liquid after crystallization by using a composite adsorbent and then discharging the clear liquid. According to the process, since the amount of added water is reasonably controlled, sodium sulfate is utmostly precipitated through crystallization; because of precipitation of considerable sodium sulfate containing crystal water, the volume of treated waste liquid is reduced, and the disadvantage of drastic increase of the volume of waste liquid caused by adoption of a dilution method is overcome; precipitated sodium sulfate can be used as a chemical raw material; and high treating efficiency is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a laboratory and on-line monitoring COD Cr The invention relates to an industrial treatment process of waste liquid, which belongs to the field of waste liquid treatment. Background technique [0002] Many literatures at home and abroad have reported COD Cr The method of waste liquid treatment mainly focuses on the recovery and utilization of silver. In the recovery of silver, some use copper wire or iron wire for reduction, and some use sodium chloride precipitation. For the neutralization of sulfuric acid, some use lime and some use sodium hydroxide. It is reported in the literature that when adding sodium hydroxide, the solubility of sodium sulfate should be considered. Before neutralization, the waste liquid should be diluted 3 times, and the solution should be added way to prevent the precipitation of sodium sulfate. On July 18, 2012, the published Chinese patent CN102583815A reported that a certain proportion of reduci...
