Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: a learning process of infrared commands, a data acquisition process, a storage process of infrared command information, a reading process of the infrared command information, and a transmitting process of infrared command controls, wherein the household appliances are controlled by an infrared system of a smart box. By adopting the method of the invention, variety of infrared-controlled household appliances can be controlled by the smart box which is taken as a center control device; and the system can control different household appliances uniformly by learning infrared commands of the household appliances.
