The control system is connected with the cooling device and the cross ventilation unit respectively, controls the cross-ventilation unit to provide guide forces or not according to heating or cooling requirements and controls the cooling device to cool continuously. When heating, the to-be-testing device can be switched on and power of the to-be-tested device itself can be utilized for heating. When cooling, the to-be-tested device is not switched on; the control system controls the cross-ventilation unit to provide the guide forces, so that cross ventilation in the box body is realized and convenience is made for cold air produced through the effect of the cooling device in the bottom of the box body to rise quickly through the effect of the guide forces. Therefore, temperature of air above the box body is lowered and the to-be-tested device disposed on the top part of the box body is cooled quickly through the effect of the cold air. The cooling efficiency is improved and the intermittent lift testing device is simple in structure.
