Abstract

The preparation method of the migration-resistant soft PVC is characterized by preparing the migration-resistant soft PVC by utilizing an extruder. The migration-resistant soft PVC comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 40-80 parts of plasticizer, 3-6 parts of thermal stabilizer and 1-3 parts of stearic acid. The preparation method of the migration-resistant soft PVC comprises the following steps of: fully mixing materials for 5-15 minutes in a mixing machine at a mixing temperature of 90-120 DEG C, then putting the mixed material into the extruder, after extrusion, pelleting to obtain the migration-resistant soft PVC, wherein temperatures of three sections of the extruder and a temperature of a nose are respectively 170-172 DEG C, 175-177 DEG C, 180-183 DEG C and 180-183 DEG C. The prepared migration-resistant soft PVC can be used for effectively inhibiting migration of the plasticizer in a product, and the adopted plasticizer is a bio-based product, so that the development requirement of being environmentally-friendly of the plasticizer is met.
