The signal amplifier is connected with a standing-wave detection unit and an adaptive control unit sequentially. The standing-wave detection unit detects standing wave output by the signal amplifier and sends the standing wave to the adaptive control unit; the adaptive control unit controls frequency of the signal generation unit adaptively by a control algorithm so that the standing wave of the signal amplifier is minimized. The output standing wave of a radiofrequency circuit is detected by the standing wave detection unit, and the frequency of the input signal is adjusted adaptively by the adaptive control unit, so that the standing wave output is adjusted to be minimized. Since the adaptive control unit adopts the optimized algorithm to realize adaptive control, automatic adjustment of the standing wave ratio of the radiofrequency circuit is achieved. With the adaptive standing-wave adjusting circuit, the standing wave of the radiofrequency is reduced effectively while the radiofrequency energy is utilized to the utmost extent.
