A plurality of chains are fixed on the oscillating quenching table at a side opposite to a hinge joint side at intervals and wind around the steering wheel groups, the other sides of the chains are respectively fixed on a hanging beam, and the hanging beam is transversely hanged out of the body of the quenching tank at the other side. Two sets of drive unit are arranged below the hanging beam at an interval and are respectively connected with a set of transmission mechanism.
