Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an SiC nanowire modified C / C composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: introducing an SiC nanowire to a carbon fiber preform by utilizing a method comprising the steps of polycarbosilane, ferrocene and dimethylbenzene mixed solution vacuum impregnation, carbon fiber preform and in-situ reaction; then depositing pyrolytic carbon by adopting chemical vapor deposition to obtain the SiC nanowire modified C / C composite material. The particular engineering comprises the following steps of: cleaning the carbon fiber preform, and then drying for standby; preparing the mixed solution of polycarbosilane, ferrocene and dimethylbenzene, impregnating the mixed solution into the carbon fiber preform in a vacuum environment, and carrying out drying and high-temperature heat treatment to obtain an SiC nanowire containing carbon fiber preform; depositing pyrolytic carbon on the prepared SiC nanowire containing carbon fiber preform to obtain an SiC nanowire modified C / C composite material sample. The preparation method disclosed by the invention enhances the mechanical property of the material by utilizing an SiC nanowire strengthening and toughening mechanism. Compared with a C / C composite material without the SiC nanowire under a same process, after the SiC nanowire is added, three-point bending strength of the C / C composite material is enhanced by 9%-20%.
