The ultrafine light calcium carbonate powder is added into the material. The cost of the PE pipe material is reduced by adding the ultrafine light calcium carbonate powder. In addition, hardness, rigidity and mechanical properties of plastic products are enhanced after the calcium carbonate is added because the hardness of the calcium carbonate is large. The master batch, which is prepared from polyethylene, calcium silicate whisker or calcium sulfate whisker, a silane coupling agent, a maleic anhydride compatilizer and other auxiliary agents, is added into the material, thus enhancing the tensile strength and the rigidity of the material, namely enhancing the toughness of the material.
