Abstract

The memory data processing system comprises a first memory, a second memory, a processor and a controller, wherein the first memory is a nonvolatile memory, the second memory is a volatile memory, initialization is conducted on the first memory and the second memory when the memory data processing system starts, the processor is used for conducting reading and writing on the first memory and the second memory, and the speed of conducting reading and writing on the first memory by the processor is lower than the speed of conducting reading and writing on the second memory by the processor. The controller is used for detecting whether the initialization of the first memory and the initialization of the second memory are completed or not, and when the initialization of the first memory and the initialization of the second memory are completed, the controller controls the processor to write data in the first memory into the second memory; the controller is further used for detecting whether the processor generates a read request command and controlling the data processor to read corresponding data from the second memory when the read request command is detected.
