The valve spool is fixedly mounted in the filler neck, and provided with through holes communicated with a first cavity of the filler neck; the filler neck is mounted at one end of the outer shell through the shell; the stop is fixed at the other end of the outer shell; the inner and outer armatures, the valve seat, the coil springs and the coils are mounted in an inner cavity of the outer shell, the coil springs are clamped between the inner armature and the outer armatures, and the inner and outer armatures and the valve seat as a whole are suspended and supported in the outer shell through the coil springs; an inner cavity of the valve seat is communicated with an inner cavity of the stop, and can further be communicated or disconnected with the through holes in the valve spool.
