Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) preprocessing of copper-containing micro-etching solution, 2) positive extraction including performing multi-stage reflux circulating extraction on the preprocessed copper-containing micro-etching solution with an extraction agent and aviation kerosene, 3) water washing, 4) back extraction, including obtaining copper sulfate from the solution obtained after water washing through multi-stage reflux circulating back extraction with dilute sulfuric acid having the mass fraction of 24%, 5) freezing crystallization, including performing freezing crystallization on the extracted copper sulfate liquid at a temperature ranging from minus 4 DEG C to minus 6 DEG C, and 6) centrifugal dewatering, including precipitating the freezing-crystallized copper sulfate for 20 to 40 minutes, recovering and recycling the mother liquor above, and then putting crystals in a centrifuge for dewatering and packaging to obtain copper sulfate pentahydrate.
