The instrument comprises a shell, a workbench, a magnetic needle, a magnetic needle travel mechanism, a drivepipe, a drivepipe travel mechanism, a vibrating mechanism, a support, and a locating mechanism moving along a X shaft and a Y shaft, wherein the vibrating mechanism can vibrate so that the drivepipe travel mechanism can vibrate up and down, the magnetic needle can be vertically inserted into and separated from the drivepipe, the drivepipe can be vertically inserted into and separated from a sample treatment area, the vibrating mechanism comprises a lever arm, a movable pivot and a rotating mechanism, due to the arrangement of the vibrating mechanism, no matter how the amplitude changes, the lowest point of the amplitude does not change.
