Abstract

The invention is characterized in that the sewage treatment agent is synthesized from titanium dioxide and polymeric aluminum chloride. The preparation method of the agent comprises the following steps: first, adding aluminum chloride (AlCl3) solid into hydrochloric acid (HCl), and stirring until complete dissolution to obtain a solution A; second, adding organic titanate, butyl titanate (Ti(OC4H9)4), into concentrated hydrochloric acid and stirring to a transparent and clarified state to obtain a solution B; then, transferring the solution A and the solution B to a hydrothermal reaction kettle, and controlling the reaction temperature and time to obtain a solution C; then evaporating the solution C to obtain a compound containing crystalline AlCl3 and titanium dioxide (TiO2), absorbing by-products of n-butanol and of HCl gas by water to obtain dilute hydrochloric acid, and recycling n-butyl alcohol as a dispersant; and finally, the crystallizing AlCl3 and TiO2, adding water, and hydrolyzing at a certain temperature to obtain the polymeric aluminum chloride containing TiO2.
