The PVC material is prepared from the following components by weight percent: 20-40% of PVC powder, 20-40% of PVC modifier, 10-20% of polymer plasticizer, 2-8% of processing aid, 5-15% of filler, 1-2% of lubricant, 1-3% of stabilizer and 1-2% of pigment; the PVC modifier is prepared from a vinyl chloride-acrylate copolymer emulsion, an adhesive and colloidal silica by an ultrasonic atomization method at the mass ratio of (50-60):(10-20):(8-15). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the oil-resistant PVC material for an earphone product. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the PVC modifier; burdening, agitating, extruding, cooling, pelletizing and the like. The PVC material with high oil resistance disclosed by the invention adopts specific components and proportions, contains oil fat substances such as cosmetics with excellent oil resistance, lard oil resistance and skin cream resistance, and is soft in material, good in handle, strong in skin compatibility, and especially applicable to fabrication of products such as high-end earphone cables and the like, and the tension strength is also 25% higher than that of a common PVC material.
