Abstract

The invention discloses a modification method of an anti-pollution hydrophilic PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) membrane and aims to solve the problems of high cost and unstable hydrophilic performance of the hydrophilic modification method of the current PVDF membrane. The modification method of the anti-pollution hydrophilic PVDF membrane comprises the following steps: a step of preprocessing a PVDF membrane, namely immersing the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane in absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water; a step of processing the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane by using alkaline liquor; a step of thermal polymerizing and grafting; a step of esterfying a grafted membrane, namely immersing a PVDF-g-AA (Acrylic Acid) membrane into an esterification reaction solution for reacting for 2-3 hours, adding a catalyst into the solution, taking out the membrane and washing the membrane to obtain the anti-pollution hydrophilic PVDF membrane. The PVDF membrane modified by the modification method is stable and durable, large in flux and strong in anti-pollution property; meanwhile, the performance of the membrane body is not influenced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of material science, and in particular relates to a PVDF membrane, in particular to a method for modifying an anti-pollution hydrophilic PVDF membrane. Background technique [0002] Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a polymer material with excellent performance. It has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. In recent years, it has been used in the field of microfiltration and ultrafiltration separation processes It has also been widely studied and applied in membrane distillation, gas separation, pervaporation, biomedical materials and electrochemistry. However, the extremely strong hydrophobicity of PVDF leads to its low water flux, and it is prone to organic adsorption pollution, which seriously limits its application in water purification and protein separation. Therefore, it is of great significance to hydrophilically modify the PVDF membrane material...
