Abstract

Process transmitters are configured to measure process variables of industrial processes. The process transmitter includes a process variable sensor that senses the process variable and responsively provides a process variable sensor output. A sensor circuit is coupled to the process variable sensor. A housing surrounds the sensor circuitry and the output circuitry. The sensor circuit is electrically coupled to the housing.
