The ultrapure ferrite antibacterial stainless steel comprises the following chemical components: less than or equal to 0.010 percent of C, less than or equal to 0.010 percent of N, less than or equal to 0.6 percent of Si, less than or equal to 0.3 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.02 percent of S, less than or equal to 1 percent of Ni, 16-22 percent of Cr, 1.2-2.0 percent of Cu, 0.1-0.5 percent of Nb, 0.1-0.3 percent of Ti and the balance of balanced iron and inevitable impurities, wherein the content of C+N is less than or equal to 0.015 percent. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: smelting, continuous casting, hot rolling, annealing, pickling, cold rolling and annealing. With adoption of niobium-titanium bistable ultrapure design, the stainless steel is subjected to antibacterial annealing treatment at the temperature of about 75 DEG C for over 2 hours after hot rolling.
