Abstract

The invention provides a quantity measuring method for filaments in spinning yarns. The quantity measuring method for filaments spinning yarns comprises the following steps: (1), samples are selected for standby and yarns to be detected are determined; (2), untwisting is conducted on the determined yarns and the determined yarns are enabled to be loose to the utmost extent; the determined yarns are placed a glass slide; (3), each silk yarn is slightly straightened; a fixing agent is dripped; a cover glass is covered, and two redundant ends of the each silk yarn are cut off; (4), the glass slide is place on a micro device and the micro device is adjusted; (5) an optional position is chosen on each yarn, and the quantity of the filaments are sequentially counted and recorded from the left to the right; (6) various positions are selected on each yarn, and operations from step 1 to step 5 are repeated; (7), if the difference between each group of measured data is greater than 5%, other positions on the silk yarns are selected, so as to conduct the measurement again; the measurement is conducted until each group of data with an acquired difference value not greater than 5% is acquired.
