Problems solved by technology

[0002] There are at least 20 kinds of aldehydes and 6 kinds of ketones among the various harmful substances produced when cigarettes are burned. Among them, crotonaldehyde is one of the main harmful gases in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes. Strong stimulating effect, long-term exposure can cause chronic rhinitis, and even nervous system dysfunction, which is not conducive to human health

Embodiment 1

[0022] Weigh 1.0 mole of sodium hydroxide and add it to a beaker filled with 5.0 moles of distilled water, and add 0.15 mole of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to completely dissolve it (it can be heated in a water bath at 40°C to promote its dissolution). Add 6.0 mole orthoethyl silicate (TEOS) dropwise with a separatory funnel, and stir for 30 minutes after the dropwise addition. Add 50.0 moles of water dropwise into the beaker with a separatory funnel, stir for 2 hours, put it into a polytetrafluoroethylene bottle, crystallize at 90°C for 7 days, cool to room temperature, filter with suction, and wash with distilled water and absolute ethanol for 5 Second-rate. Then the solid matter obtained by suction filtration was dried overnight in an oven at 90°C, and then calcined at 550°C for 24 hours to obtain 2.5 moles of MCM-41 material. Then 30.0 moles of ethylenediamine and 8.0 moles of 3-(2-aminoethylamino)-propyltrimethoxysilane are added to the three-necked round-botto...

Embodiment 2

[0024] Weigh 2.0 moles of sodium hydroxide and add it to a beaker filled with 40.0 moles of distilled water, and add 0.6 moles of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to completely dissolve it (it can be heated in a water bath at 40°C to promote its dissolution). Add 30.0 mole tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) dropwise with a separatory funnel, and stir for 60 minutes after the dropwise addition. Add 240.0 moles of water dropwise into the beaker with a separatory funnel, stir for 5 hours, put it into a polytetrafluoroethylene bottle, crystallize at 80°C for 10 days, cool to room temperature, filter with suction, and wash with distilled water and absolute ethanol for 3 Second-rate. The solid matter obtained by suction filtration was dried overnight in an oven at 100°C, and then calcined at 700°C for 24 hours to obtain the MCM-41 material. Then 60.0 moles of ethylenediamine and 21.0 moles of 3-(2-aminoethylamino)-propyltrimethoxysilane are added to the three-neck round-bottomed ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorbent for reducing the release amount of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke and an application of the adsorbent. A final product is obtained by preparing MCM-41 from tetraethyl orthosilicate serving as a silicon source, then adding ethidene diamine and 3-(2-amino-ethyl-amino)-MAPTMS into a three-opening flask with a proper amount of MCM-41, performing reaction synthesis under the temperature of 120 DEG C, and performing suction filtration, washing, drying and calcining. The adsorbent is relatively large in specific area and is relatively high in selection adsorption property on crotonaldehyde. The adsorbent is applied to a cigarette filtering stick, so that the release amount of crotonaldehyde in the cigarette smoke can be effectively reduced. The method is simple and feasible; the raw materials are readily available, and industrial application is easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette material preparation, and in particular relates to an adsorbent capable of reducing the release amount of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke. At the same time, the invention also relates to the specific application of the adsorbent in cigarette production. Background technique [0002] There are at least 20 kinds of aldehydes and 6 kinds of ketones among the various harmful substances produced when cigarettes are burned. Among them, crotonaldehyde is one of the main harmful gases in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes. Strong stimulating effect, long-term exposure can cause chronic rhinitis, and even nervous system dysfunction, which is not conducive to human health. [0003] How to selectively reduce the amount of crotonaldehyde released in cigarette smoke and reduce the health hazards of smoking has many studies in the prior art. On the one hand, it is research on cigarette processing technolo...
