Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-rusting liquid and a preparation method thereof. The anti-rusting liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-18 parts of triethanolamine, 2-6 parts of sodium benzoate, 3-8 parts of polyatomic alcohol, 2-10 parts of isolated soybean protein, 1-4 parts of phosphate, 0.1-1 part of diisopropylamine nitrite, 1-6 parts of vegetable oleic acid and 70-90 parts of water, wherein the vegetable oleic acid is ricinoleic acid or linolenic acid; the polyatomic alcohol is polyethylene glycol or glycerol; and the phosphate is potassium phosphate or sodium phosphate. In the formula, an organic anti-rusting agent and an inorganic anti-rusting agent are organically combined by virtue of high affinity of the polyatomic alcohol and the isolated soybean protein to form a water-based anti-rusting liquid which is good in anti-rusting effect.
