Abstract

The invention discloses an iron ore magnetic roasted ore waste heat recovery process which comprises the following steps: 1) spraying water to high-temperature iron ore magnetic roasted ore by use of a single-cylinder cooling machine with a built-in water spraying device so as to rapidly cool the high-temperature iron ore magnetic roasted ore to 450-500 DEG C; 2) air-cooling the iron ore magnetic roasted ore, which is rapidly cooled to 450-500 DEG C by use of a grate cooling machine or the single-cylinder cooling machine, to be less than 100 DEG C and inducing hot air discharged from the grate cooling machine or the single-cylinder cooling machine to magnetic roasting equipment so as to serve as combustion-supporting air for fuel combustion. The invention also discloses equipment for realizing the iron ore magnetic roasted ore waste heat recovery process. The equipment has an iron ore high-temperature magnetic roasted ore anaerobic cooling and waste heat recovery functions, is capable of ensuring the iron ore magnetic roasted ore quality, realizing waste heat recovery of high-temperature magnetic roasted ore, greatly reducing the roasting heat consumption, reducing the ore dressing cost and improving the fieldwork environment, and has the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental friendliness.
